A Message from Rebecca

I understand that finding the right therapist can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. It's tough navigating through all the options, especially when you're already dealing with so much.
I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to seek help and the challenges you may be facing. Whether you're struggling with mood and anxiety concerns, dealing with trauma, or striving for healthier relationships, know that you're not alone.

My approach to counseling is rooted in collaboration and empowerment. I believe in walking alongside you in your journey towards healing, utilizing your unique strengths and wisdom. Through a person-centered, integrative approach, I tailor my techniques to meet your individual needs.

One of the primary methods I use is Narrative Therapy. Picture it as untangling the stories we carry with us, finding healing and growth by embracing our role as the experts of our own lives. In our sessions, you can expect a safe and non-judgmental space where we explore your experiences and work towards your goals.

Change won't happen overnight, I believe in working together towards sustainable shifts in how you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others.
