Groups Currently Offered Fall of 2020

Are you having communication issues in your relationship that you can’t seem to overcome? Need some tools to help you and your partner avoid useless arguments? Not sure if you are ready for couple’s therapy? The workshop will cover the famous Gottman Sound Relationship House (SRH) model. Couples will be asked to complete the Gottman Relationship Checkup Assessment prior to the start of the workshop (the assessment cost is included in registration). The instructor will go over the SRH and how to interpret your personalized results. We will do a deep dive into toxic communication traps, deemed the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse, and learn the antidotes to ensure more productive and positive communication. This workshop is a good adjunct to couple therapy, or a good precursor to couples therapy work. Each couple will receive the book Seven Principles for Making the Marriage Work, along with the full Gottman Relationship Checkup Assessments results.
