A Message from Ellyn

Life can be hard and we are not meant to walk its path alone. I believe all people grow through safe caring relationships. I seek to create a caring professional relationship and a safe empowering environment where clients can be their authentic selves and learn new skills.

Using an Attachment-Based, Person Centered Therapy approach, I will partner with you to explore the things from your life that are most important to you. I will hold space for you and together, we will make a personalized plan to meet your needs. This might include traditional talk therapy, self-reflection, skills practice, grounding and mindfulness techniques, play and sensory based activities or expressive arts. We'll work together to find the best fit for you.

It would be an honor to join you on your healing journey. I can't wait to meet you!
