A Message from Jenn

Counseling can be a very vulnerable experience. However, I believe that it is also an opportunity to heal, change, and embrace your potential and strengths. Having the opportunity to walk beside you as you process both pain and joy is an honor that I do not take for granted. I am passionate about working with individuals who are in the depths of grief and loss, feeling controlled by anxiety or loneliness, struggling with an abusive relationship, questioning their life’s meaning, or processing the last stages of life. I will develop a genuine therapeutic relationship, based on empathy and humor, in order to learn about the ways in which your experiences and choices have shaped who you are and how you interact with the world. As we build trust together, I will help you gain insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, so you can make meaningful changes and create a fulfilling life.
