A Message from Jenn

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, vulnerable, and daunting, especially when you are uncertain where or how to begin. In order to feel comfortable sharing your experiences, it is important to find a therapist who is the best fit for you. I create a genuine therapeutic relationship where humor, gentle confrontation, and empathy guide our work together. I am passionate about working with individuals who are struggling with symptoms of trauma, in the depths of grief and loss, or navigating issues with their purpose, meaning, and identity. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe space to honor and process your experience while using my professional lens to help you embrace your agency, cope with the difficult realities of being human, and redefine how you see yourself in order to create a meaningful life. I use evidence-based practices to help reduce your distressing symptoms and improve your wellbeing. Therapy is an opportunity to navigate the complexities of being human in a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment, and I would be honored to walk beside you on your path to healing.
