A Message from Olivia

Do life challenges have you feeling hopeless, powerless, misunderstood, and alone? I'm here to tell you you're not alone. WELCOME! I am here to walk alongside you as you overcome life's obstacles. My goal as a therapist is to create an environment of empathy, understanding, and unconditional positive regard to create an atmosphere of trust, openness, empowerment, and self-reflection.

Together we will learn how to recognize and break behavior patterns to write a new narrative of transformation and resilience so you can reach your full potential and live your best, most authentic life.

I integrate a holistic and client-centered approach meaning I view individuals as a whole and believe you are the expert in your own life and what works for you is unique and dependent on your needs.

Together we will create an individualized plan unique to your needs and goals using evidenced-based therapies to address your mental health challenges. We will explore how emotions, thoughts, physical sensations, and spiritual beliefs intersect and influence behavior.

I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma using a gentle evidence-based mind-body approach, Lifespan Integration therapy.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem, self-harm, communication, and conflict resolution.

I am passionate about working with the Latino population and individuals breaking intergenerational cycles. With my Latina background, I understand the cultural and socioeconomic factors that can contribute to the inability to feel like you are living your true authentic life. I offer a culturally attuned perspective.
