A Message from Jane

We should be happy, shouldn’t we? If you have ever asked yourself this question, you are not alone. Pain is a part of the human experience. However, we can turn pain into suffering by unknowingly using maladaptive coping strategies. In our journey together, you will discover your strengths, reduce your anxiety and/or depression, process your trauma and discover how to create a rich, full and meaningful life. You are the expert on you. I will provide expert guidance.

You can expect a warm, welcoming, non judgmental, safe, therapeutic experience in a beautiful setting. Our effort will be collaborative. I have completed Gottman Couples Therapy Level II, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and National Certified Counselor. I have intensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy. I am an instructor in Mental Health First Aid.

My specialties include but are not limited to:
● anger management
● anxiety
● Christian counseling
● depression
● mood disorders
● psychosis
● trauma (emotional, sexual, physical)

I specialize in counseling adults between the ages of 18 and 65.
