A Message from Rose

It takes courage to seek support and yet it is a universal human experience to go through periods in life where you feel lost, stuck, broken, or disconnected.  You may be suffering from feeling “not enough”, invisible, or unvalued. Perhaps you are asking yourself the big life questions, who am I, what is my purpose, or how can I get through this.  You are not alone.  Your pain is real and valid.  I am honored to journey with you on this sacred path towards self-actualization.

Together, we will work closely to build a treatment plan to help you live a life that feels genuine and harmonious from the inside out.  I work from a Person-Centered approach, meaning I firmly believe that you are the expert of your life.  My job is to help facilitate you in the exploring of your experiences and I strive to create a space that feels safe enough for you to try to know yourself.  I will meet you with unconditional positive regard, authenticity and compassionate understanding with the intention that you will begin to meet yourself in the same way.  You are infinitely worthy of love, connection, purpose, and wholeness.
