A Message from Paige

Life's challenges can prove overwhelming at times, but you do not need to overcome them alone. I believe everything we feel, do, and struggle with makes sense in the context of our close relationships, personal histories, and environment where we live. Life often presents us with seemingly simple dilemmas and conflicts that, when explored, tend to reveal a more layered, complex, and thorny history of unresolved feelings and experiences. We are often taught to "move on" or not "dwell in the past", however this can lead us to become more stuck and more conflicted, feel ill-equipped and powerless, blame ourselves when our feelings feel misplaced or "too big", or let worry and fear hold you back from living an authentic life.

Whatever you are feeling today, therapy is a safe place for all parts of you to be welcomed, seen, respected, and understood. Through my therapeutic approach, I will work with you and/or your family to help explore where you are now and help to create and meet future goals. I am compassionate and resourceful and will always provide effective tools and strategies to help tackle various everyday obstacles in life, from crisis intervention to support after a long week. I strive to be a great listener that values personal relationships within a non-judgmental setting. Seeking personal growth is courageous and vulnerable. I would be honored to hear your story and work alongside you to imagine and build a new way of being, one step at a time.
