A Message from Katie
"I enjoy working with individuals who have suffered trauma and looking to live a life that is no longer affected by the symptoms, memories or burden of a traumatic experience. I also enjoy working with clients who struggle with obsessive compulsive disorder.
I will allow you the space to identify what you want to work on in therapy and very seldom do I steer the therapeutic process (unless in cases of avoidance). My approach is compassionate and encouraging and I think you will find my style comfortable and natural."
