A Message from Charlotte
Thanks for being here. Deciding to seek counseling can bring up a lot of emotion, and I hope this is your first sign that you don't have to be in it alone. I consider it my greatest privilege to witness and support individuals and couples as they experience the full range of what life has to offer. Everything and every part of you is welcome here. Above all else, counseling is a space for you to explore what it means to be human. It is my hope that together we can create a trusting space where you can heal, change, and grow.
My framework in our work together is grounded in attachment science and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My goal is to support you as we identify your needs, patterns, and ultimately what you want to be different in your life and within your relationships. I see the world through a relational, systems lens and am committed to trauma-informed practices.
Lastly, you did the hard thing! You're looking for some place to start and I hope you take a minute to celebrate that. When you're ready, I am here to honor the diverse, beautiful world you hold inside yourself. Give us a call or shoot me an email and let's get to work.
