A Message from Anthony

Trust is key in any relationship; whether that’s with a friend, a partner, the world around you, or with yourself. We all go through experiences in life that shape our sense of trust in these aspects, for better or for worse. With trust comes vulnerability, and vulnerability needs strength. My goal is to walk with you in making sure you can feel safe and secure to trust, and to remind you just how strong you are. When it feels like your back is against the wall and you get the unique opportunity to really test yourself, I want to help you know that you’ll not only ace that test but also have a hand in writing the next one. With how important trust is, you can rely on our initial sessions being focused on building that trust in me, and the therapeutic process. You can count on an approach focused on being genuine and you can rest easy knowing that I will happily walk alongside you as we fine-tune your approach and help you be the best that you can be
